Leicester Haymarket Theatre is located in the city of Leicester, as part of the Haymarket Shopping Centre, and has excellent parking facilities and transport links.

Parking
The nearest public car park is the Haymarket Centre (LE1 3YD), located adjacent to the theatre, and is open 24 hours a day. There is direct access from the car park into the theatre.
Alternative NCP car parks, both approximate five-minute walks away, are available at Lee Circle (LE1 3RE) and Leicester Abbey Steet (LE1 3UA).
None of these car parks are owned or operated by the theatre and spaces can’t be booked in advance. Please allow extra time to find parking so you don’t miss any of the performance.

On foot
The main pedestrian entrance is located just off Garrick Walk, please use What3Words ///copy.hunter.areas.

By train
Leicester Railway Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away from the theatre.

By bus
The theatre is located within a two-minute walk of the Haymarket Bus Station, and a five-minute walk from St Margaret’s Bus Station.

By bicycle
There are bicycle racks located on the pedestrianised area outside the theatre, and are also available at the Haymarket bus station and most streets within the city centre.
Step free access and lifts
Step free access to the venue is available via a lift from street level into the main foyer area. The lift is at the entrance to the Travelodge, next to Tesco. Press the intercom button to speak to a member of staff who will provide access to the lobby area of the theatre.
If you are parking in the Haymarket Shopping Centre car park, there is lift access to the main foyer area, and you will need to exit on Level One.From the main foyer, there is level access to the bar, accessible toilet and to Rows XXX of the stalls in the auditorium.
Wheelchair users seating
The theatre has space for up to four wheelchair users, and their companion. For most performances, these are located in the Right Stalls.
There is level access to this seating area from the main foyer.
If you are able to transfer to a theatre seat, we can store your wheelchair during the performance.

Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcomed inside the auditorium, but specific seating must be booked. On performance days our staff are happy to look after your assistance dog during the performance.
Please contact our box office in advance to book.

Accessible toilets
The theatre has two accessible toilets located on the lower and upper foyer. A radar key is required to access these, please speak with a member of staff if you don’t have your own key.

Accessible parking
Blue badge spaces are available in the Haymarket Shopping Centre car park and other NCP car parks nearby.
